Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program across Jersey City, Bayonne, and Fairview NJ. As a MT, you’ll start learning the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

You’ll receive mentoring, training, and a path to run your own branch, with opportunities to develop in sales, customer service, operations, and finance within a culture that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or related roles.
• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Must have a valid US driver's license and be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Develop knowledge in sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
