Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Grand Forks, ND. As a MT, you will learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and supporting daily operations.

The program provides mentoring and hands-on experience to develop leadership, sales, and service skills, with a clear path to advancement across Grand Forks and surrounding communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Join Management Training program starting immediately at Grand Forks. You will learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations.
• Through our structured program, you will develop knowledge to eventually run your own branch and cultivate new business.
