Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training program in Ankeny, IA. The MT program develops leaders who can run a future Enterprise branch and advance through mentoring, development, and internal promotion.

You will gain experience in sales, customer service, operations, and business leadership while rotating through a neighborhood branch in a comprehensive training track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or within one semester of graduation (degree conferred before start).
• Must have a valid driver's license with minimal violations.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one in the Management Training program, based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while gaining hands-on operations experience.
• Learn to manage customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and branch operations with mentoring and support.
• Develop leadership, teamwork, and community relations to build your own future branch.
