Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or be within 1 semester of graduating
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past five years
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, athletics, leadership, or related areas
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle behind-the-scenes operations
• Work in a structured program to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support while building community relationships
