Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in Ann Arbor, MI. You will begin learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree or be within 1 semester of graduating.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must have a minimum of 1 (one) year of experience (within the last 5 years) in one of the following areas: Sales – commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential., Customer service in a sales industry (i.e., retail, restaurant, hospitality).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In our structured program, you will master knowledge in sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop your team leadership and learn what it means to put customers first.
