Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Sturgis, MI. As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handling behind-the-scenes operations.

You will be mentored in customer service, sales/marketing, finance, and operations, with a clear path to run your own branch, grow the business, and develop a team. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or be within 1 semester of graduating.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years, regardless of points.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service in a sales industry, participation as an athlete at a professional/collegiate level, or leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches and serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Act as the behind-the-scenes operational expert in a structured Management Training program.
• Work to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Engage with the community to establish relationships essential for building your own business.
• Learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, always putting customers first.
