Prime Nexus Inc. is actively hiring motivated, competitive individuals to join our growing Granger, IN team as Entry-Level Sales & Management Trainees. This role is designed for candidates who want to start in hands-on retail sales and be cross-trained into leadership and management through a structured, performance-based training program.

We specialize in face-to-face sales and customer acquisition for nationally recognized brands, including AT&T Wireless. Our team focuses on delivering results through personalized sales strategies while developing future leaders from the ground up.

Position Overview

This is an entry-level retail sales role to start. During training, candidates work directly with customers inside established retail locations, learn consultative selling skills, and develop a strong understanding of sales performance and client expectations.

As trainees progress, they are cross-trained in team leadership, training, and operational management, preparing them for potential advancement into management roles.

The Sales & Management Trainee works closely with senior leadership and receives ongoing coaching and mentorship throughout the development process.
