Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or be within 2 semesters of graduation.
• 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service and/or Management/Leadership.
• Athletic, military, or community leadership experience acceptable.
• Valid driver's license with clean record (no DUI/DWI in past 3 years).
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners; support operations.
• Learn to run a future branch, grow new business, and develop your team.
• Receive mentoring, guidance, and community engagement opportunities.
• Learn customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations while prioritizing customers.
