Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Wausau, WI. As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations, building a clear path from trainee to branch leader.

You will receive hands-on learning, mentoring, and promotion from within, starting at a neighborhood branch and developing skills in customer service, sales, finance, and operations to lead your own team in the future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Minimum 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service, and/or Management/Leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in our Management Training program and learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing operating expertise.
• Graduate through the program to run your own branch, grow new business, and lead a team.
