Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program, based at Baraboo, WI. The MT program prepares you to lead a neighborhood branch, balance customer service with sales, and grow within the Enterprise family.

You will receive mentoring, structured training, and hands-on experience in sales, operations, and finance while building local relationships. A bachelor's degree or near completion is required, plus a valid driver's license and clean record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 2 semesters of graduating.
• At least 6 months of experience in Sales, Customer Service or Management/Leadership.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist as MT in the Management Training program, starting at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations.
• Learn to run a branch, develop teams, and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service, sales, and marketing support across activities.
