Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Madison, WI. You’ll start learning the business from day one while based at one of our neighborhood branches and will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operations expert.

Throughout the program you’ll master sales, customer service, marketing, finance and operations with mentoring and a clear path toward running your own branch and growing the team you lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Minimum 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service or Leadership.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.</br>
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Join Management Training program and learn the business from day one.
• Serve as face of Enterprise to customers and partners at your branch.
• Develop skills to run and grow your own Enterprise branch in time.
• Gain mentoring and hands-on experience in sales, service and operations.
