As a Management Trainee, you will participate in our Operations Management Trainee Program. This entry-level position involves an intensive 16-week training designed to prepare you for a role in operations. Under mentorship, you'll learn about the transportation industry, cross-dock operations, leadership communication, and relationship building. Upon completing the program, relocation to another facility for your first leadership role in Operations will be required.

Your training includes guided and independent study, interfacing with Support and Service Center associates, observing customer sales calls with an Account Manager, and occasionally accompanying drivers on local delivery routes to understand freight delivery.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation or Logistics, or have at least two years of relevant work experience. A clean driving record, flexibility to relocate, strong communication skills, professionalism, basic computer skills, and a strong work ethic are essential. The average starting pay is $50,000-$60,000 annually.
