Job summary

Thinklance LLP in Baton Rouge is launching a rotational leadership internship. You will rotate through Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management, while engaging in outside sales to grow customer relationships and delivering outstanding service.

Your Role

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months.
• Possess an active driver's license.
• Preferred experience includes co-op or internship roles in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative functions.
• Preferred academic background in business or related fields.
• Leadership or management experience in campus or extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during or after the program.
