YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

1. Support KPIs, operational efficiency, and team success by taking responsibility early.
2. Prepare for your landing role through real business challenges and a final assessment.
3. Work as a Rental Sales Agent to learn our business from the ground up.
4. Deliver exceptional premium customer service by handling inquiries and resolving complaints.
5. Rotate through core functions such as Sales, Customer Service, Fleet, and Performance Management.
6. Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER
