  • Coordinate escorts for contractors and facility-related maintenance tasks.
  • Manage self-help projects and overall facility space planning.
  • Coordinate grounds maintenance and space management.

Education

Job description

  • 1. Government Purchase Card holder to purchase Command supplies and materials.
  • 2. Conducts daily inspection of facilities and generates trouble tickets through resolution.
  • 3. Inventory management conducting material inventories and appropriate documents for disposition.
  • 4. Coordinates escorts for contractors assigned to facility maintenance/support tasks.
  • 5. Coordinates minor to major self-help projects for all facility projects.
  • 6. Coordinates Command space management.
  • 7. Coordinates Grounds maintenance.
  • OR I have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
  • OR I have completed 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree.
  • OR I have obtained an LL.M. that is related to the position being filled.
