Job summary

About the Position:

You will plan, manage, and direct all activities including maintenance, repair, security, safety, property accountability, space utilization / management, office layouts, remodeling, alterations, securing / maintaining appropriate support services in heating, air conditioning, water & electrical service needs, janitorial / custodial services, relationships w/vendors, concessionaires, visitor control.

Specialized Experience:
  • 1) Managing facility operations and maintenance programs for a large organization;
