Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level path designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18–24 months. With our promote-from-within philosophy, you’ll move into an Assistant Store Manager role after the initial 8-week training.

Graduates slated for December 2026 or May 2027 will join a dynamic program that develops leadership, sales, and operational skills across large commercial accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles or sales is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in a team setting is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Complete training per the program guidelines.
• Support strategies to grow store sales and profitability.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Help maintain store operations and visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and management to increase market share.
