Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Bachelor's degree required by start of program.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete training consistent with the program.
• Support strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through service.
• Build knowledge of products to make effective recommendations.
• Maintain store administration and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and security policies.
• Assist in employee training, development, and performance management.
• Respond to customer and/or employee complaints.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on outside sales to grow market share.
