The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. With Sherwin-Williams' promote-from-within philosophy, you will have the opportunity to progress into an Assistant Store Manager position upon successful completion of the initial 8-week training.

The position's typical schedule is 44 hours per week, which may include evenings and/or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship for the duration of employment.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must have at least a bachelor's degree by the start of the program.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing daily store operations and sales goals.
• Develop relationships with wholesale and retail customers to grow market share.
• Provide high levels of customer service and product knowledge to drive sales.
• Support training initiatives and participate in leadership development activities.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to implement company policies and procedures.
