North Rising Star is seeking an entry-level Management Trainee to be cross-trained across departmental rotations and learn our sales strategies, operations, and leadership practices. The goal is to transition into a sales or branch manager position from day one.

Responsibilities include shadowing sales reps, generating leads, and tracking performance while rotating through customer service, marketing, inventory, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required.
• Prior customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• No prior experience required — just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Shadow sales reps, pitch to new clients, generate leads, and hit quotas.
• Rotate through departments like customer service, marketing, inventory, and finance.
• Assist with staff scheduling, interviewing candidates, and coaching team members.
• Track sales metrics, evaluate market trends, and review competitor activities.
