Qualifications

• Experience coordinating external stakeholders and assembling evidentiary material for inspection teams.
• Hands-on experience navigating and extracting data from core military logistics or business systems, specifically Navy ERP (SAP) or NALCOMIS.
• Practical knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Process Improvement methodologies.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis by gathering, cleaning, and querying raw data with analytical tools and create automated dashboards.
• Strong written communication and programmatic skills to draft SOPs, conduct workload/time studies, and prepare executive briefs.

Responsibilities

• Represent NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR SAN DIEGO to external stakeholders and manage control programs.
• Assemble key supporting documents (KSD) and organize evidentiary matter for inspection teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports translating operational data into actionable insights.
• Draft standard operating procedures and coordinate business-case analyses for leadership.
• Coordinate workload and time studies to support performance metrics and reporting.
