Qualifications

• Experience as an ERP Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Navy Shipyard Programs and corporate software suites.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in continuous process improvement across NAVSEA and related communities.
• Develop and implement change strategies, governance, and workflows for shipyard business processes.
• Support IT development, execution, and release assessments, including data analysis and lessons learned.
• Analyze business cases and facilitate requirements development for changes to IT applications and processes.
• Integrate data from multiple shipyard IT systems to enable comprehensive analytics and reporting.
