Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg is seeking a Management Analyst Supervisor to lead records, technology, and operational functions within the Department of Labor & Industry. You will guide staff, oversee major programs, and drive improvements to make agency processes more efficient and effective.

The role emphasizes leadership, public service, and the ability to manage records oversight, technology coordination, and COOP planning.

Competenze

One year of experience as a Management Analyst 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
Three years of progressively responsible experience in technical management analysis work which included evaluating work methods, procedures or organizational structures, and a bachelor's degree
Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Records Oversight: Direct the agency records program including creation, storage, archiving, and related compliance activities
Staff Supervision: Lead and support analysts and technicians through training, work direction, and performance evaluation
Technology Coordination: Manage equipment, software, telecommunications, and technology related workflow changes across the bureau
Program Analysis: Conduct studies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency in records management and operational processes
COOP Planning: Maintain continuity plans including emergency procedures, essential functions, and critical resource needs
