Job summary

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) seeks a reliable Management Analyst to support NSWC Indian Head, applying analytics to business processes and organizational structures, and handling administrative duties for Navy documents.

The role requires a relevant degree with years of experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with Navy documentation standards; a DoD clearance is required to start. Candidates should work independently and in teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, statistics, or a business/management discipline with six years of experience.
• Associate's degree with ten years of experience in performing the listed functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop or revise Navy documentation following NAVSEA guidelines.
• Convert documents to Adobe Acrobat and manage electronic signatures.
• Ensure SOPs follow Navy Correspondence Manual formatting and NAVSEA policies.
• Convert obsolete media to current formats as needed.
• Prepare reports and presentations communicating findings and recommendations.
• Provide process-improvement consultation to management.
