Job summary

Jud/Superior Court is seeking a Management Analyst III to conduct studies evaluating state operations, programs, and policies. The role analyzes data, interprets regulations, and makes recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness across diverse management areas.

The incumbent may supervise administrative support staff and can be housed in one of three counties, reflecting the statewide scope of the position.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience conducting studies evaluating operations, programs, services, policies and procedures.
• Three years' experience in descriptive statistics such as mean, median, mode or standard deviation.
• Three years' experience interpreting laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies and procedures.
• Six months' experience designing studies including determining goals, information needs, and data collection methods.
• Six months' experience writing narrative reports.
• Knowledge of inferential statistics such as correlation, t-tests, f-tests or analysis of variance.
