NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND's Navy Clothing & Textile Research Facility seeks a Management Analyst to support the Business Administration Group. You will analyze administrative processes and help develop improved procedures to streamline operations.

The role requires knowledge of office administration, budgeting, procurement, data analysis, and presenting findings with clear charts and written reports to customers, management, and colleagues.

Qualificações

• Specialized experience in applying administrative/program concepts and practices to improve procedures.
• Analytical skills and ability to use personal computers, ERP, databases, programming, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to identify interrelated process problems using basic analytical methods.
• Assisting with collecting, analyzing, and evaluating data to create performance metrics.
• Using written and oral communications to prepare and present findings and recommendations, including charts and graphs.
• Effective communication, report writing, and customer service to present information clearly.
