RoShay Services is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the operation, maintenance, testing, and continuous improvement of a criminal history screening system. The role covers system administration, QA, user support, and documentation within a regulated background-check environment.

The candidate will train users, test system components, and ensure data integrity while maintaining compliance across workflows for healthcare, education, and other authorized users.
