The EDH, LLC in Miami is seeking a Database Analyst to provide technical support in data management, analysis, and reporting. This role demands strong analytical, organizational, and technical skills alongside effective communication. The perfect candidate will have 3+ years of business experience and be familiar with data review processes.
The Analyst will develop and oversee systems for tracking project progress, assist users in problem resolution, and will need the ability to travel as required. Security clearance is essential.
We are seeking a Database Analyst to provide plans, develop, test and perform a variety of complex technical and support services involving data review, project events and coordination.
Should be able to conduct departmental unit maintenance and other related duties. Develop systems for data collection, reporting criteria and statistical data for on‑going projects. Interacts and communicates with all employees, vendors and customers regarding program status. He/she will develop and oversee processes and systems for tracking, scheduling, planning, problem solving, staffing needs and project completion. Will be requested to assist in the review and compilation of workshop evaluations, performs follow‑up activities.
This person will research and respond to inquiries and makes referrals to appropriate resources, acts as liaison for department. Analyzes reviews and alters programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements. Candidate will researches and provides client information in written or verbal form. Consults with user to identify current operation procedures and clarify program objectives. Formulates plan outlining steps required to develop program, using structured analysis and design. Develop and oversee the processes and systems for tracking, scheduling, planning, problem resolutions, staffing needs and project completion. Must be able to achieve stated objectives in a timely manner. Will train and monitor the progress of various regions and departments.
Requires the ability and willingness to travel as needed.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level (requires U.S. Citizenship).
