Job summary

First Roles is seeking a Management Analyst to support the FST Support Office Division of FLTREADCEN EAST in handling non-recruitment actions and recruitment planning as needed. You will develop procedures for hiring at various levels and assist with interns, capstone projects, and related programs.

You will work closely with supervisors to provide information on developmental employees, interns, and candidates, and you will support programmatic activities for development programs, including

Qualifications

• Assist supervisors in non-recruitment actions and initiate recruitment actions to meet requirements.
• Develop and establish FST Support Office procedures related to (non)recruitments, entry level hiring, capstone projects, and interns.
• Independently work with supervisors to provide information and support on developmental employees, interns, and candidates.
• Provide programmatic/administrative support for development programs and surveys, including consolidation of feedback and action planning.
• Create a bank of FST/MRO-E Capstone projects to send to universities for hosting capstone projects.

Job description

You will serve as a Management Analyst in the FST Support Office Division of FLTREADCEN EAST.

You will assist supervisors in non-recruitment actions and initiate appropriate recruitment action for their requirements to ensure best resources are utilized.

You will develop and establish FST Support Office procedures as they relate to (non)recruitments, entry level hiring, capstone projects, and interns to ensure effective and efficient operation and support of the FST/MRO-E organization.

You will independently work directly with supervisors to provide information and support on issues related to developmental employees, interns, and candidates.

You will provide programmatic/administrative support for the JETT Engineering Scientist Development Program or WMO, including facilitation of surveys/providing a consolidated report of feedback received plan of action for process improvements.

You will create a bank of FST/MRO-E Capstone projects that can be sent to various universities to host capstone projects.
