You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Corporate Operations Department (Code 1100) of SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER.

• You will oversee and execute all phases of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) cycle to ensure continuous fiscal compliance, strategic alignment, and program execution.
• You will lead the coordination, formulation, and formal submission of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) in accordance with leadership guidance and established timelines.
• You will draft and defend compelling POM Issue Papers, programmatic justifications, and resource narratives to secure vital program funding.
• You will conduct programmatic analyses and author detailed staff reports, decision memoranda, and white papers to drive the implementation of strategic recommendations.
• You will design and establish multi-year strategic resourcing initiatives that translate high-level operational priorities into actionable budget plans.
• You will serve as a lead resource analyst defending programmatic choices, budget allocations, and funding tradeoffs before senior leadership, review boards, and stakeholders.
• You will facilitate collaboration across technical, operational, and financial stakeholders to build consensus and maintain unified justification for resourcing requirements.
