Job summary

NAVAIR in the United States is seeking a Management Analyst to support the FST/MRO-E organization at FLTREADCEN EAST. The role involves assisting supervisors with non-recruitment actions, developing FST Support Office procedures, and providing programmatic support for development programs and capstone projects.

The position includes direct collaboration with supervisors on developmental employees and internships, with a focus on process improvements and best resource utilization.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisors in non-recruitment actions and initiate appropriate recruitment actions to ensure best resources are utilized.
• Develop and establish FST Support Office procedures as they relate to (non) recruitments, entry level hiring, capstone projects, and interns to ensure effective operation and support of the FST/MRO-E organization.
• Independently work with supervisors to provide information and support on developmental employees, interns, and candidates.
• Provide programmatic/administrative support for the JETT Engineering Scientist Development Program or WMO, including surveys and a consolidated feedback report with action plan for process improvements.
• Create a bank of FST/MRO-E Capstone projects to send to universities for hosting capstone projects.

• You will develop and establish FST Support Office procedures as they relate to (non)recruitments, entry level hiring, capstone projects, and interns to ensure effective and efficient operation and support of the FST/MRO-E organization.
• You will independently work directly with supervisors to provide information and support on issues related to developmental employees, interns, and candidates.
• You will provide programmatic/administrative support for the JETT Engineering Scientist Development Program or WMO, including facilitation of surveys/providing a consolidated report of feedback received plan of action for process improvements.
• You will create a bank of FST/MRO-E Capstone projects that can be sent to various universities to host capstone projects.
