Responsibilities

Lead customer program execution with project plans, timelines, and task coordination.
Serve as primary program coordinator for assigned Managed Services customers.
Develop and maintain customer program documentation and status updates.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and coordinate with internal teams.
Collaborate with engineers, Customer Success, Sales, and Support to deliver outcomes.
Coordinate technical initiatives and manage implementation timelines.
