Imprivata in Massachusetts is seeking a Managed Services Program Manager to join our hybrid team in Waltham. You will lead project plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure delivery of managed services engagements aligned with reference architectures.

The role requires 6+ years in software, 4+ years in project/program management, healthcare experience, and strong communication skills. PMI/Agile certifications are a plus; Salesforce experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

Six plus years in software with enterprise solutions experience.
Four plus years in project/program/portfolio management.
PMI/Agile or related certifications are a plus.
Experience delivering for healthcare customers preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead customer program execution with project plans, timelines, and task coordination.
Serve as primary program coordinator for assigned Managed Services customers.
Develop and maintain customer program documentation and status updates.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and coordinate with internal teams to stay on track.
Collaborate with engineers, Customer Success, Sales, Support and other teams to deliver outcomes.
Coordinate technical initiatives and manage implementation timelines for customer adoption of best practices.
Support subscription renewals through proactive program management.
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and documentation.
