Veeva Systems is seeking a Managed Services Consultant to join our RTSM group. This full-time role provides exceptional customer service by applying knowledge of Veeva products and programs to internal and external customers.

You will work in a flexible, Work Anywhere environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support life sciences trials and ensure successful RTSM deployments. Prior experience with SaaS platforms and customer-focused consulting is preferred.

The Role

Veeva Systems, a leader in cloud-based solutions for the global life sciences industry, is looking for a Managed Services Consultant to join our RTSM (Randomization and Trial Supply Management) group. The Managed Services Consultant will provide adequate customer service for all internal and external customers by using knowledge of company products and programs. This is a full-time, exempt position.
