Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Pharmacy Management Consulting Manager to lead initiatives that blend managed care pharmacy strategy with pharmacy operations and clinical transformation for provider and payer clients. You will drive formulary strategy, utilization management, and PBM performance while partnering with clinical and operations leaders on pharmacy operations transformation and program design.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of consulting/advisory experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managed care pharmacy, PBM operations, or pharmacy benefit/cost management.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Active Pharmacist license (PharmD or RPh) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address pharmacy cost and drug trend drivers across medical and pharmacy benefits.
• Lead managed care pharmacy initiatives including formulary strategy, utilization management, and PBM performance.
• Partner with clinical and operations leaders on pharmacy operations transformation and clinical pharmacy program design.
