What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Compile and submit initial enrollment and revalidation applications for managed care payers, ensuring accuracy and detail
- Monitor and maintain accurate enrollment records for all providers, providing timely updates to internal stakeholders
- Create and audit reports for managed care payers to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Coordinate with providers to verify credentials, services, and practice locations
- Act as a liaison for external privileging, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Experience in healthcare administration preferred, with advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Strong customer service, time management, and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask on various projects while meeting deadlines
