Job summary

Kaiser Permanente in Seattle, WA is seeking a Mammography Technologist I to provide diagnostic imaging services, prepare rooms and equipment, and deliver high-quality mammography in accordance with physicians' orders. You will operate radiology equipment, develop films, maintain patient safety and confidentiality, and uphold MQSA/ACR standards while communicating clearly with patients and staff.

Candidates must have a WA Certified Radiologic Technologist credential, BLS, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• WA Certified Radiologic Technologist required at hire; BLS required at hire.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality mammography images per physician orders.
• Prepare mammography rooms and diagnostic equipment; develop films.
• Ensure accurate patient data entry and confidentiality; educate patients.
• Maintain radiation safety standards and perform QA/QC checks.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient needs and questions.
