Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Mammography Technologist I in Federal Way, WA to perform diagnostic mammography, prepare equipment, and ensure patient safety and comfort. You will work under MQSA/ACR guidelines and maintain high-quality imaging with strict confidentiality.

The role requires WA certification as Mammography Technologist and BLS at hire, with ARRT-M registration or equivalent experience. A sign-on bonus or relocation assistance is offered to eligible external hires.

Qualifications

• Washington Mammography Technologist certification required at hire.
• ARRT-M registration or two years radiology experience with training.
• BLS certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic mammography per clinical protocols, ensuring patient comfort.
• Prepare mammography rooms and diagnostic equipment, maintain safety standards.
• Input patient data accurately and manage image quality QA workflows.
• Educate patients about procedures and ensure privacy and confidentiality.
