Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Washington state Radiologic Technologist license required at hire.
• BLS certification at hire.
• Registration as Mammography Technologist (AART-M) by hire date or two years radiology experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic mammography imaging per protocol with attention to safety.
• Prepare rooms and equipment; develop films with MQSA/ACR standards.
• Input patient data into departmental IDX systems accurately.
• Educate patients and address concerns to minimize anxiety.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain radiation safety and participate in QA/QC activities.
