Job summary

Kaiser Permanente Imaging & Radiology is seeking a Mammography Technologist to provide high-quality mammography services in accordance with physicians' orders. You will prepare rooms, operate radiology equipment, develop films, and maintain patient safety and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include patient education, arranging exams, and ensuring accurate data entry in IDX systems while complying with MQSA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (Washington) at hire.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.
• State of WA Mammography certification or ARRT-M by hire or training with 2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography imaging per physician orders and clinical protocols.
• Prepare rooms and diagnostic equipment; ensure safety and image quality.
• Input patient data in IDX systems accurately and efficiently.
• Provide patient education and address anxiety and comfort during procedures.
