Job summary

Confidential imaging facility in Seattle seeks a Certified Radiologic Technologist to provide mammography services in accordance with physician orders, prepare rooms and diagnostic equipment, and maintain patient safety and privacy.

You will apply knowledge of growth and development to age-specific patients, develop films accurately, document procedures, and ensure MQSA/ACR compliance while delivering compassionate patient education and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Washington RT license and BLS at hire.
• AART-M registration by date of hire or trainee with 2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide mammography services per physician orders and set up rooms and equipment.
• Develop films and verify image quality, ensuring proper patient identification.
• Educate patients and coordinate care while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain radiation safety, perform QA checks, and adhere to MQSA/ACR and OSHA rules.
• Input patient data into IDX systems and communicate with physicians as needed.
