Perform a variety of technical activities associated with the performance of screening and diagnostic mammography procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
Career Growth
DUHS offers career advancement within Imaging services through a clinical ladder program with various steps and opportunities across the health system.
Education
Graduate from or completion of a program meeting eligibility for registry/certification, or currently holding required registry or certification. Technologists qualifying after April 28, 1999, must have at least 40 hours of documented mammography training.
Experience
Licensure and Certification
Strong technical skills, attention to detail, ability to educate patients, and proficiency with relevant imaging equipment.
