Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in radiologic imaging required.
• 2-4 years experience as a mammographer in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Licensure/certification in radiography (ARRT) required.
• BCLS (Basic Life Support) required.

Responsabilités

• Performs mammography imaging with high-quality screening and diagnostic images through proper positioning and compression.
• Adheres to safety, radiation protection, and infection control standards.
• Performs routine quality control testing per ACR and FDA/MQSA requirements.
• Reviews orders and patient history to ensure correct procedures are performed.
• Educates patients on breast health and procedure expectations.
