Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Mammography Technologist for the Outpatient team at BayCare Breast Center–SJS in Riverview, FL. The role focuses on performing screening and diagnostic mammography with attention to patient care, imaging quality, and accurate RIS data management.

Requirements include BLS, ARRT with relevant specialty, Florida radiology licensure, and a radiology-related degree with at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.
• ARRT Radiologic Technologist certification is required.
• Florida radiology license is required to practice.
• Technical Diploma (Radiology) or an Associate Degree in Radiology is required.
• Minimum of 1 year radiology experience.

Responsibilities

• The Mammography Technologist - Outpatient performs screening and diagnostic mammography procedures.
• Responsible for imaging patient care, RIS data entry, file room duties, and related clerical tasks as necessary.

Mammography Technologist Responsibilities:

• The Mammography Technologist - Outpatient performs screening and diagnostic mammography procedures. Responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, RIS data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, patient transportation and other related duties as necessary.
