Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Mammography Technologist - Outpatient to deliver high-quality imaging and patient care in the South Tampa outpatient setting. This role focuses on accurate mammography screening and diagnostic work, with responsibilities across RIS data, patient flow, and team collaboration.

You will perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures, manage RIS data, and support the imaging team with documentation and patient transport.

Qualifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• ARRT – Radiologic Technologists (Relevant Specialty).
• Radiology license – State of Florida.

Responsibilities

• Performs screening and diagnostic mammography procedures.
• Responsible for RIS data management, file room, and related clerical duties.
• Supports physician assistance and patient transport as needed.

• The Mammography Technologist - Outpatient performs screening and diagnostic mammography procedures. Responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, RIS data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, patient transportation and other related duties as necessary.
