Job summary

BayCare Health System in Tampa, FL is seeking a Mammography Technologist - Pool to perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures and deliver compassionate patient care. The role supports outpatient services at BayCare’s Breast Center – St.

Joseph's Women's Hospital, with an 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule and a Shift 4 rotation. Requirements include BLS, ARRT Radiologic Technologists with relevant specialty, Florida radiology license, and a Radiology Technical Diploma or an Associate

Qualifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• ARRT Radiologic Technologists – relevant specialty.
• Radiology license for the State of Florida.
• Technical Diploma (Radiology) OR an Associates Degree in Radiology.

Responsibilities

• Performs screening and diagnostic mammography procedures for outpatients.
• Manages RIS data, file room and related clerical duties; provides physician assistance and patient transportation as needed.

Mammography Technologist – Pool Responsibilities:

• The Mammography Technologist - Outpatient performs screening and diagnostic mammography procedures. Responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, RIS data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, patient transportation and other related duties as necessary.
