Job summary

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Houston, TX, seeks a radiologic technologist specialized in mammography to join our radiology team. You will perform diagnostic and screening mammography under physician orders, adhere to safety protocols, and contribute to high-quality imaging.

The role requires ARRT (R), MRT-General, BCLS, and 40 hours of mammography training; RIS experience is preferred. You will collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and staff to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED from an accredited program.
  • Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
  • 40 hours mammography training approved by the ARRT.
  • ARRT (R) and MRT-General Certificate.
  • BCLS certification and safety-focused mindset.
  • Proven verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic and screening mammography per policies and protocols.
  • Maintain a repeat rate of less than 5%.
  • Use RIS system for documentation and data entry.
  • Adhere to radiation safety and sterile technique as required.
  • Participate in training, licensure maintenance, and QA activities.
  • Interact effectively with patients and coworkers and align with clinic values.
