Hourly Pay Range:
$33.35 - $51.69 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position Highlights:
Position: Mammography Technologist I
Location: Multiple locations; not specific to one campus
Hours: Varied hours and shifts with rotating weekends
What you will need:
Education: High School Diploma or GED; meets ACR/MQSA standards; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
Licenses/Certifications: ARRT(R)(M) certification or eligible; IEMA licensure; current CPR (BLS) certification
What you will do:
Operate radiology equipment to obtain radiographs for breast cancer detection, position patients, adjust equipment, evaluate film quality, test equipment, maintain quality records, perform office duties, and provide excellent patient service by explaining procedures and reducing anxiety.
