Job summary

Mass General Brigham Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in mammography to perform screening and diagnostic procedures. You will operate mammography equipment, position patients, and ensure high-quality images for accurate interpretation.

The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma or Equivalent (Associate's Degree preferred), 2–3 years of experience, ARRT and BLS certifications, plus strong communication and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's Degree in a related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in radiologic technology.
• ARRT certification and BLS certification preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong patient service.

Responsibilities

• Operates mammographic equipment and other related devices as appropriate.
• Positions patients and uses immobilization when necessary.
• Selects proper exposure factors to produce accurate images.
• Evaluates images for diagnostic quality and obtains additional images as needed.
• Prepares and sets up medical supplies using aseptic techniques when appropriate.
• Explains procedures to patients and addresses questions.
