Description:

Saint Alphonsus has a full-time day shift Mammo Technologist opportunity at our Boise, Idaho location. A relocation allowance is authorized for those traveling more than 50 miles.

The Mammo Tech will perform mammography procedures and clinical breast examinations in the diagnostic and/or screening mammography areas of Medical Imaging in Idaho. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining patient and procedure documentation
• Maintaining equipment and instrument knowledge for high-quality exams
• Providing effective communication with patients, considering age and mental capacity

Skills, Knowledge, Education, and Experience:

• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required
• Minimum of three (3) years radiology experience required
• Basic Life Support certification from AHA, ARC, or Military Training Network required at hire, unless currently certified in ACLS or PALS
• Must obtain Mammography registry through ARRT within 1 year of hire
• Active driving privileges required

• Previous mammography experience
